The client chose our insulated foundation system, passive package closed panel wall, roof felt and battens, 100mm block leaf to the lower and various optional extras – airtightness, acoustic insulation and plasterboard. All steel supports also included as standard on all projects.

The flat roof also closed with OSB by our team.

The roof vault was created using a raised tie truss by our in-house truss designer, and finished off with roof felt & battens to seal the build from the elements.
