Combining the foundation and timber frame allows two critical elements of the building envelope to be coordinated, particularly around dimensions, insulation continuity and thermal bridging at the wall-to-floor junction.

If your foundation is being completed separately, we can also provide the required timber frame base information for your groundworks contractor.
