The client has opted for our Passive Package, posi joists, insulated foundation system, roof covering (Tegral Thrutone Slate) and a 100mm leaf of external blockwork. Acoustic insulation will be applied to the internal walls and first floor joists, followed by internal plasterboarding on completion of first fix works.
