A large, contemporary dwelling featuring a vaulted kitchen/dining area, leading through to a vaulted entrance with ridge light and linking to a traditional two storey zinc clad main living section. Our ‘Passive Package’ helped to exceed building regulations, resulting in a comfortable build which has proven to be “cool in summer and warm in winter” despite the large areas of glazing.
