A large contemporary new build constructed in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. The architect has added a modern twist to a traditional two dwelling using large spans of glazing and a smooth white rendered finish, complimented by zinc cladding.

This particular client chose our popular Passive Package, offering a u-value of 0.11 w/m2k, along with metal webbed posi joists to the first floor. All battening and felting works to the roof completed by our installation team.
