The team at Timber Frame Ireland offer a wealth of knowledge & experience in the design, engineering, manufacture & erection of Passive insulated foundation systems and closed panel timber frame homes. We offer a one-stop shop for pre-fabricated roof trusses and engineered metal webbed joists; from design & engineering, right through to manufacture & fitting.

Ongoing investment in a purpose built premises, along with state of the art manufacturing equipment has facilitated a Nationwide reach; catering for medium to large scale developments & to the self-build market throughout the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland. From the outset, our aim has been to deliver an unrivalled product & service to the Irish construction industry; with a key emphasis on quality structural design & materials. We believe in doing things right the first time, every time; which is why we have invested significantly in training, technology & development.

Founded in 2010

Founded in 2010 by Declan Bourke following increasing demand for speed & sustainability in the Irish construction market.

2012: Training & Development

Completed comprehensive training on insulation & airtightness best practices following the introduction of Part L (2011).

2013: Demand & Growth

Accelerated manufacturing capabilities in order to meet the ongoing demands for timber frame construction in Ireland.

2015: Product Innovation

Introduced our unique, interlocking Closed Panel system ensuring a continuous seal of the insulation layer & airtight membrane.

2018: nZEB Ready

A complete nZEB revamp & upgrade of our closed panel details; offering all packages to passive standards.

2019: Lowest Ever U-Value

Independent u-value certification of our Passive Package closed panel system offering an exceptionally low u-value of 0.09 w/m2k.

2020: Passive Slab Approved

Registered & approved Insulated Passive Foundation system installers, now offering a complete passive package.

Embarked on Ireland’s largest ever insulated foundation system & cantilevered timber frame home.
